How It Works:
Monthly payments will be automatically debited from your account on the date you choose when registering. There is a start-up fee (based on tier level) that is non-transferable and non-refundable. The monthly membership fee will be applied as a credit in your (Aesthetic Records) patient wallet. Full value can be applied towards all treatment services one year from the date of enrollment. A minimum 6-month agreement is required.
